Who this training is for?

Are you hosting a trained facilitator to run the four-part Confident Parent Course in your organisation? Then this is for you!

The Co-Facilitator Training is designed for:

  • Counsellors and school wellbeing staff
  • Ministers, pastoral care teams, or family workers
  • Community or support workers
  • Anyone supporting parents in the environment where the course is being run

This training equips you to support the facilitator and continue meaningful conversations with parents throughout the program and beyond.

What You’ll Learn

When parents feel steadied and supported, confidence grows — and children benefit.

  • Foundational family systems theory that underpins the Parent Hope approach

  • How to support parent discussions without rescuing, fixing, or giving quick solutions

This training prepares you for a co-facilitator role only.
It does not qualify you to independently facilitate the Confident Parent Course.

Want to Facilitate the Course Yourself?

To independently deliver the four-part Confident Parent Course, you’ll need to complete the Facilitator Training Program.

If you completed this Co-Facilitator Training first, contact us to get a discount on the full Facilitator Training package.
