The Confident Parent Course covers:

1. Where is my energy directed? 2. Is worry driving my connection? 3. How do I hold clear limits? 4. Am I thinking big picture? 

This course presents a paradigm shift away from focussing on children, to focussing on what is in the parent’s capacity. Parents will gain insights into how they can best contribute to their child’s positive emotional health. 

Dr Jenny Brown has been working as a mental health professional in child and adolescent mental health for decades. From her research, clinical and consulting work she has developed an approach that helps parents to navigate the pressures of parenting in anxious times.
